HR Manager
Will you be our new HR Manager within the Gpi Group? Help build a future-proof HR policy in an international environment!
Are you an experienced HR professional with both vision and decisiveness? At Gpi, you’ll have the opportunity to truly make an impact. As the successor to our current HR Manager, you’ll work closely with the international HR team and the executive board to further develop a future-oriented HR policy. Topics include talent management, competitive salary structures, modern compensation strategies, and employer branding.
Your role
You’ll lead a professional HR team of eight colleagues specializing in HR advisory, HR services, and recruitment. As HR Manager, you act as the vital link between the team, management, and the various operating companies. Additionally, you’ll serve as HR Business Partner for approximately 40 employees within our staff departments in Woerden. You’ll advise and support on matters related to recruitment, development, and offboarding, with the support of the HR back-office team. You’ll work closely with our CEO as a strategic sparring partner, translating group strategy into tangible HR policies and initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and cultural development.

With over 350 permanent employees and more than 150 contractors, Gpi has experienced rapid growth in recent years. Over the next five years, we expect our permanent workforce to increase by 50%. This is you
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field;
- You have 8–10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a technical or industrial environment;
- You are a strategic sparring partner for management and the board, able to align HR policies with organizational objectives;
- You communicate clearly and professionally in both Dutch and English;
- You are empathetic, trustworthy, and organizationally sensitive — proactive, solution-oriented, and a strong advisor;
- You’re willing to travel regularly to our Dutch locations and to Poland once per quarter to visit our two sites there.

- Salary range: €6,000 – €8,000 per month, depending on experience (full-time basis);
