HR Advisor

What will you do?
As HR advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all HR matters for the managers and employees at our production sites Brzeg and Skarbimierz (total of 70 employees). You will be part of the HR team within the Gpi Group and report to the Managing Director Gpi Poland. In this position, you will be responsible for everything around HR. This ranges from recruitment & selection, drafting contracts, onboarding, training policy, labour market communication and payroll. You will advise the Managing Director, department managers and employees in the execution of local HR policy. Together with the Gpi Group HR manager, you ensure the further professionalization of the local HR policy taking into account the laws and regulations in Poland. You participate in various HR Group projects, such as the development of a salary building, onboarding program, employer branding and optimization of the HR processes. In short, a very varied independent position in which you can further develop yourself!
Who are you?
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.
- You have at least three years’ work experience as an HR Advisor in a technical company.
- You preferably have knowledge of Optima payroll system.
- Knowledge of Social Security system administration is welcome.
- You speak fluent Polish and English with excellent written skills.
- You are accurate, honest and proactive. You have very good communication skills, good advisory skills and are customer-oriented.
